LUGOFF – Funeral service for Genoveva Perales-Rosario, 83, will be held on Monday at 6:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Perales-Rosario, wife of the late Rev. Rafael Rodriguez, passed away surrounded by her family on Saturday, March 19, 2016. Born in Patillas, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Eustaquio Perales and Adelaida Rosario. Surviving are her children, Eliezer, Eliseo, Loida, Francisco, Geremias, Nehemias, Rafael Jr., Genoveva, Abigail, Eli, Adelaida and David; siblings, brothers and sisters, Fidencio, Justina, Josue, Cecilia, Edilberto, Teresa, Nereida and Maria; and numerous grandchildren.
