Hi Pat- I used to be Dr. Kanitkar's office manager and I know it's been a very long time but Sheena and I wanted to let you know how sorry we are about the passing of your brother. I remember your talking about him several times in the office. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time.
I am so sorry to hear of Roger's passing. I saw him a year or so ago at the doctors office.
He looked good. We sat and talked about the fun times all of us had at the Carolina Skating Rink and how we should plan a reunion at a skating rink. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Ray ,Peggy, Steve and Pat I have great memories of our youth at the skating rink.
Please stay strong and remember the good times you had with Roger.
Love, Barbara (Frankie Griner) Calcutt
I am sorry to hear of your loss. The death of a loved one is one of the most devastating experiences a human can face. At times, the loss may seem unbearable. The Bible teaches: "God is near to those broken at heart." (Psalm 34;18) Also, Psalm 55:22 says; "Throw your burden upon God himself and he himself will sustain you." I hope this message will help you cope with the loss of your loved one.
Dear Uncle Roger,
You are free now. No more pain. We miss you already. It comforts us to know Nanny, Papa & Mama Kay are keeping you company in heaven. You will never be alone again. This is not goodbye for you will live forever in our hearts, thoughts, and memories. I love you Uncle Shag.
Roger I love you! I know that you are in heaven with Momma, Daddy, Kay, and Rachel. There is no more pain and suffering, for you, only peace, happiness, and love with Jesus our God. RIP
