When I worked with James at the Department of Corrections I experienced his limitless energy and true friendship. His dedication and work ethics were only to be admired. I will never forget the Joy and Love he expressed for Jami during their courtship and marriage. The priviledge I feel in having known him is only equalled by the sadness of his loss.
