Mrs. Dickey & Family, I just read about Mr. Dickey, and I am so sorry! I was Gladys Parker's daughter, and we were neighbors for years in Fairfax. Mr. Dickey was one of the nicest men that I ever had the privilege of knowing, and I love to think back to those days when we lived side by side. I remember how he loved to work outside in his yard. I pray God wraps his loving arms around each one of you now, and you will all be in my thoughts & prayers.
