No one could have ever told me that I was going to lose the first man I ever loved, my dad! This is still the largest pill I have ever had to take. We would talk so many times a day that you would get on my last nerve calling my phone, but if you didn't call me more than 5 times a day I would call you to see what's wrong! Daddy I am trying to handle your passing and trying so hard to be strong, but God knows I miss my daddy. Dragging you out of town to go see your grandchildren or all the trips we made to the flea market or just the talks and debates we had about politics. You taught me well and I will try to pass the knowledge and personality onto my kids, nieces, nephew and my future grands. I will tell the stories the way you told them and I will continue to make you proud of me. As the tears continue to fall, they are tears of joy that you will no longer have to take any medicines, your knees will no longer hurt, your heart will no longer ache because you miss your mother (grandma Juliette), you will no longer feel alone or an outcast, or worry about the daily hustle and bustle of everyday life and its ups and downs and disappointments. You touched many hearts of all ages. I can only wish that more people had gotten to really know the real you. We didn't always see eye to eye, but what we did see was our daddy/daughter relationship that grew bigger and bigger. I can not say that I wish i had one more chance to talk with you or tell you something, because with every call or time we saw each other there wasn't a time that I left saying I will tell you later or call you later. We talked about everything every time and if there was something missed it was an immediate call back! (Lol)
What I will say is that I love you so much but God loves you more so much that he felt it was time for you to take your rest. You were so peaceful when he allowed you to take your last breathe. So for now Daddy, "Charles the Warthog" Snow Jr, WC, Charles!

I sure will miss him. He was my patient at two different doctors offices and he got my youngest child an outfit when I was pregnant. He always gave me lollipops for my girls. He was always happy and a joy to be around. My prayers go out to the family. ❤️

I’m saddened to hear of WC’s passing! He was a special man, a fun employee, and a friend to Lugoff Elementary School. May you remember the good times and find comfort in God’s blessings, love, grace, and mercy.

WC was truly a fun, life loving person who would keep you laughing! When he served as a custodian at Lugoff Elementary School, you would often hear him calling the children "porkchop" or sneaking and giving them a lollipop to take home for later. He loved the children, and the children loved Mr. WC. My heart breaks that I will no longer be able to hear that unique voice of his or be doubled over with laughter from that sense of humor of his. Rest in peace, my friend. You will be sorely missed.

Willie Charles was a blessing to me and my family (Linda, Goldie, and me (Poncho). Our prayers and hearts go out to his sister, kids, and family. He was so funny and the way he told a story made you cry laughing sometimes. He was always so helpful. I cannot tell you how many times he came to pick me up when my car broke down or gave me advice.
He will be missed! Rest in Peace Willie Charles, we will always remember you and what you meant to our family.
