Mr West was a dear sweet man. He was my patient for many years at MUSC. After I retired, we met several times for lunch. My prayers are with you all. Sincerely Mary Jean Vogt

I met Mr. West while visiting my Mom who is also a resident at The Colonial at Old Camden. I will always remember his smile and laughter. He was so personable and a joy to be around. He will be missed. For his family, may God comfort you and give you peace knowing your Dad is with His Heavenly Father.
