Though I only met Scott a few years ago, I came to each AMPS meeting looking forward to his company. He was a genuine man of humor and talent. His spirit would fill a room! I will miss him, as will my fellow club members. May he rest in peace.

As a member of Columbia Country Club, I was able to have the opportunity to know Scott, and experience his professionalism. After he accepted a position with his new employer, Scott remained a friend, and I will miss not seeing him at the Club. Our prayers and thoughts are with his family during this difficult time.

Scott was a wonderful friend, and I will always remember the years right after college when we hung out often. Whether it was playing guitar, hitting balls at the range, or just getting pizza and watching movies, when Scott was part of the action you could count on laughing a lot and having a great time in general. My sincere sympathies to Mr. and Mrs. Amey, and to Bill and Deb, and to all the others who have a lost a uniquely great friend.

As a token member of the AMPS club, I had gotten to know Scott through the club meetings. All the AMPS member had a deep interest in military history. He was mostly quiet till you got to know him some. He had a very dry sense of humor. He always talked about his parents and how much he loved them. I had gotten to know his dad, Mr. Buck, a little bit and can see where Scott got his sense of humor. He also very much loved his dog, Tobin. Scott will be missed by all of us in AMPS.

I am sorry to hear of your loss. The death of a loved one is one of the most devastating experiences a human can face. At times, the loss can seem unbearable. The Bible promises; "God is near to the brokenhearted." It also says: "Throw your burden on God and he will sustain you." (Psalm 34;18 and 55:22) I hope this message will help you cope with the loss of your loved one.

Scott was one of the most quality people. While at Columbia Country Club, he was the one the ladies depended on. He always took care of his "ladies". We were so sad to lose him but also so happy for his new life with Golfsmith. We will never forget him. It breaks my heart that he is no longer with us.
