SHALLOTTE, N.C.- Funeral services for Daniel Wayne Kilpatrick, Sr., 42, will be held Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. Pastor Warren Morris will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5-6 p.m. Mr. Kilpatrick passed away Thursday. August 6, 2015. Born in Columbia, he was a son of Ernest Ray and Linda Southerlin Kilpatrick. Daniel enjoyed hunting for arrowheads, fishing, and spending time with his kids and family. Surviving are his wife of 15 years, Robin Watts; sons, Daniel Kilpatrick, Jr., of Elgin, Dalton Watts-Kilpatrick and Garrett Watts-Kilpatrick both of Shallotte; maternal grandparents, Johnny and Rilda Southerlin of Elgin; paternal grandmother, Cora Owens of Akron, OH; a step-daughter, Audrey Watts; a grandchild, Jase Watts; brother, Michael Kilpatrick of Elgin; and sisters, Tammy and Rachel Kilpatrick both of Elgin.
